This website does not use cookies or tracking. When you press "Send on WhatsApp", your message goes through WhatsApp. We only use it to reply to you.

What the app keeps

For each building, the app keeps what its managers record: apartments, occupants, charges, payments, expenses and files. Each account has a name, phone number and a protected password.

Who can see what

Managers and treasurers see their own building only. Residents see only their own account. Shared links show one receipt, bill, statement or report. The app owner sees usage counts, not ledgers.

How it is protected

Passwords are stored hashed, connections are encrypted, and every request is checked for the person’s role and building.

We do not sell data

We never sell, rent or share building or resident data for advertising.
